This program is designed for those who have built a foundation with Tier One and are ready to take their fitness journey to the next level. It is also perfect for busy professionals who want to accelerate their transformation. It is designed to fit into your lifestyle while delivering lasting, transformative results. This program incorporates 4 gym sessions per week, offering a more dynamic and challenging approach to weight loss and overall fitness. With a focus on continued fat loss, muscle building, and increased endurance, you'll see enhanced results and deeper progress. Tier Two adds variety and intensity to your workouts, utilizing both compound and isolation exercises to target specific muscle groups, improve strength, and burn fat more efficiently. You'll also benefit from improved flexibility, stamina, and a higher metabolism as you challenge yourself with progressive exercises.

Plan Includes

  • Full body workout plan for 4x a week. Female and male versions. Focussing on exercises designed to sculpt your entire body. (Gym equipment needed)

  • ​Individual instructional videos will assist you to ensure that you have correct form and are getting the most out of every exercise.

  • 24/7 text support for Q&A, motivation, and personalized guidance to keep you on track.

  • 1 Meal recipe package meal plan. Choose from: Low carb, High protein, Vegetarian, 5 ingredient or Gluten free. This will help you understand what you should be eating every meal for maximum results.

  • Low intensity cardio

How it works

  • Sign up for the Body Transformation Program, Tier Two.
  • Once payment is through, give up to 3 days for workout program to be activated and meal plan to be sent out to you.
  • Complete onboarding questionnaire, allow access through phone settings to upload progress pictures.
  • ➡️ MIND MUSCLE CONNECTION Mind to muscle connection is one of the most crucial factors to getting great results. Do NOT rush each movement. An easy to follow guide would be - do the movement for 4 seconds and squeeze the muscle for 2 seconds.
  • ➡️ FORM IS EVERYTHING I believe form is most important. We have easy to follow exercise video guides with descriptions on how to do each movement properly. Take your time to learn each movement.
  • ➡️ PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD Using weights that are heavy for you will enhance your results. Throughout your workout, put up the weight gradually for each set without braking too much form. Next week, make the weights heavier and so on.
  • Track your progress in the app. Wearable integration included.
