This 4-week challenge is designed to help you kick-start your fitness journey and keep you motivated throughout the whole process. This challenge targets all muscle groups for an ultimate full body transformation. Female and male versions available. ✅ IT INCLUDES: a nutrition plan with a caloric deficit, regular exercise 4x/week (both strength and cardio), 10k steps per day, lifestyle adjustments (like stress management and sleep), and consistent tracking. ➡️ MIND MUSCLE CONNECTION Mind to muscle connection is one of the most crucial factors to getting great results. Do NOT rush each movement. An easy to follow guide would be - do the movement for 4 seconds and squeeze the muscle for 2 seconds. ➡️ FORM IS EVERYTHING I believe form is most important. We have easy to follow exercise video guides with descriptions on how to do each movement properly. Take your time to learn each movement. ➡️ PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD Using weights that are heavy for you will enhance your results. Throughout your workout, put up the weight gradually for each set without braking too much form. Next week, make the weights heavier and so on. Track your progress in the app. Need an extra hand?
