Your meal plan will be aligned with your goals, whether you’re aiming for fat loss, muscle gain, or overall wellness, ensuring that your nutrition supports your workouts and enhances recovery. This fully adaptable program allows you to work at your own pace and make adjustments as needed, offering maximum flexibility while ensuring you stay on track with your goals. It’s perfect for those who want a truly individualized approach, offering the ultimate in customization to get you the results you desire, on your terms.

Plan Includes

  • Receive a fully customized workout plan for 3 months tailored to your specific goals, fitness level, and preferences. Gym, minimal equipment or at home program.

  • Fully customized meal plan tailored to your preferences and regular meal guidance that will help you understand what you should be eating every meal for maximum results.

  • ​Individual instructional videos will assist you to ensure that you have correct form and are getting the most out of every exercise.

  • All meal recipe packs which includes: Low carb, High protein, Vegetarian, 5 ingredient, Gluten free and Smoothies.

  • BONUS: 1-on-1 coaching where I’m with you for every workout, guiding you through each step. We connect via Zoom or Google Meet for live video sessions, where I can demonstrate exercises, correct your form, and keep you motivated in real-time. You won’t be doing it alone—I’ll be there to support you through every workout, ensuring you're getting the most out of your training. Fit workouts into your daily routine with the flexibility to schedule sessions at times that suit your schedule, ensuring that you can maintain consistency.

How it works

  • Sign up for the Body Transformation Program, Tier Three. (Pre -sign up schedule in a free consultation with me through the app so I can better understand your goals and needs. You can also message me through Instagram @kamilakapel to book a call.)
  • Once payment is through, give up to 1 week for customized workout program to be activated and customized meal plan to be sent out to you.
  • Complete onboarding questionnaire, allow access through phone settings to upload progress pictures.
  • ➡️ MIND MUSCLE CONNECTION Mind to muscle connection is one of the most crucial factors to getting great results. Do NOT rush each movement. An easy to follow guide would be - do the movement for 4 seconds and squeeze the muscle for 2 seconds.
  • ➡️ FORM IS EVERYTHING I believe form is most important. We have easy to follow exercise video guides with descriptions on how to do each movement properly. Take your time to learn each movement.
  • ➡️ PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD Using weights that are heavy for you will enhance your results. Throughout your workout, put up the weight gradually for each set without braking too much form. Next week, make the weights heavier and so on.
  • Track your progress in the app. Wearable integration included.
  • Flexible Scheduling: We book our zoom/google meet calls every Sunday for the upcoming week.
